The Website offers graphic design services, including but not limited to the creation of logos, banners, business cards, web design, and other visual materials.

3.1. Access to the Website may require registration. The user agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.
3.2. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

4.1. The user has the right to use the Website’s services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.2. It is prohibited to use the Website for illegal purposes or to distribute offensive or harmful content.

5.1. All copyright on the provided graphic materials belongs to POP MY BLOB until full payment for the services is made by the client.
5.2. After payment, the client receives the corresponding usage rights for the design unless otherwise agreed.

6.1. The prices for services are listed on the Website or are agreed upon individually.
6.2. Payments are made via bank transfer or other specified methods.
6.3. A refund is possible only upon a justified request and if the work has not yet begun.

7.1. POP MY BLOB is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of the designs.
7.2. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Website and is not liable for technical issues.

8.1. These Terms and Conditions may be modified. Changes take effect after being published on the Website.
8.2. Users are required to stay informed about the current Terms and Conditions.

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.
9.2. All disputes shall be resolved amicably, and if that is not possible, through legal proceedings.
